Arta Pan: Also second line of raw sheet of MDF and HDF is on agenda of Arta industrial group to changr to one of biggest production line of MDF and HDS in the country. Arta Pan Company has an equipped laboratory and expert personnel. The quality of products are under consideration evaluate it global standard meanwhile respecting national standards.Since human learnt to use the environment, he/she always use wood to provide the needs of the life. Wood and wooden products are pleased and used from old times because of creating relaxed and beautiful atmosphere. In latest years the Demographic factors, growing of building and increase of urbanization lead to increase of needs of wooden products. In this regard Arta industrial group established Artapan  in 2011 in order to providing some part of needs of society to this products and completing Cellulose products  production chain to produce MDF and HDF compressed sheet and chipboards. This factory has been constructed in private industrial town of Arta that has several of factories. The machineries of factory have latest technology of the world that brought from European countries. Combination of creation and skills of expert personnel with modern machineries and high technology caused that we have high quality MDF and HDF in market. Some parts of these products are used in other factories of Arta laminating and some parts are represented to internal market.

Arta Decor: This unit is producer of Melamine formaldehyde resin (MF) and over formaldehyde (UF) that are used for impregnation of decorate papers. Arta Decor is one of the biggest line of impregnation of Decorative papers in  order to  lamination of   MDF, LDF and HDF boards and chipboard in standard sizes and required of country.

Printing & Packing

Arta Plast Factory is one of subsidiaries of Arta industrial complex that established with the goal of polymers films in order to packing industries in Namin in Ardabil province in 2003 and it starts its activities as the first producer of 5 layer and printing films.

Having the most modern machineries and technology, Today this company as the biggest producer of 3 layers and 5 layers Polyethylene films for packing in health, food, medicine, engineering, medical, petrochemical and diary industries with most equipped 10 color Flexo printing machine with ability of printing on types of films and packing wrappers (PE, BOPP, PET, PVC, OPA, PA) and complementary relevant services.

Obtaining license No. gh/194-8692 from ministry of Health, treatment and medical education, Arta Plast Co. with implementation of management system and ISO 2008 &2009, received standard badge in field of Polyethylene films and producing of daily more than 30tones types of multilayer Polyethylene films. And took long step toward providing of needs of domestic markets and brilliant presence in exporting markets.

Arta  Moquette: With more than a quarter of a century experience in the fields of manufacturing the types of floor covering including the felt carpets, printing Wolvers, the high lint tufting carpet and the printing high lint tufting together with the innovation in respect of the tufting technology and utilization from the lamination system and representing the products holder of the firm layers and inseparable in type of PP and the printing Poly Amid and Aipac, Arta Moquette is suitable for people’s tastes of Iran country with the capability of 100% washable and also insulation against water, damp, smell and soil which are suitable to use in the homes, administrative and commercial places, hotels and conference salons

Arta Tak : Polyester PP, Poly Amid and the (polyether and the fibers PP) and BCF, Arta Tak is manufacturer of yarn.

Petrochemical Industries

For development and completion of the cellulose products manufacturing chain and supplying the requirements of Arta Pan Company and also the other consumers to Methanol gas, Arta Energy company performed the new investment in a land with an area about 20 hectares in Arta Energy complex to produce the petrochemical products and sub-products and the relevant derivatives such as Methanol, Ammonia, Acetic Acid and so on; designing and the preliminary studying are performed and the best modern and advanced equipments are chosen for its establishment and it is under construction.

By triggering this manufacturing section, the main part of Arta Pan Company requirement to Formalin and Resin production which are applied to manufacture the MDF sheets will be supplied. From the other manufacturing parts of this company is manufacturing the Formalin and Polymeric Resin that can indicate to its ability to produce 50.000 tons of urea-formaldehyde and melamine formaldehyde yearly which will be applied in impregnation units to melamine the colored sheets for MDF and HDF sheets coating and chipboard. In addition to the existing of purchase capacity, the second Formalin production line with the capacity of 150.000 tons yearly will be able to manufacture the amount of 200.000 tons Formalin annual.

Energy Industry

• Arta Energy is the first private company which is invested in the wind and reproducible power plant
• Producing the electricity and wind energy (reproducible) with the capacity of 100 megawatt
• Establishing the 25 megawatt gas power plant in Arta industrial complex

Regarding the requirement to the electrical energy in our society and types of electrical energy consumption and increasing the energy price in daily form, which in this case establishment the electrical gas power plants is one of the supportive policies of the government, this company is going to utilize the gas power plants in small scale, specially because of using the warmth resulted from the cooling, heating and steaming systems from CHP system that means the simultaneously systems of electricity and warmth production.

• Crook: Grancabrio Sport with 4.7-liter engine
• Sedan: Quattroporte, Quattroporte GTS and Ghibli that all of them are equipped to Four-wheel drive
